  1. Coping and acceptance: helping you cope better, managing emotions and stress, taking control of the situation, accepting and letting go

  2. Recover and rediscover self: helping you to regain your energy and self-esteem, overcome any mental barriers, rediscover self, strengths and passions. Identify with your true needs and desires.

  3. Embracing the future: create an exciting plan and start taking action. Identify what you want in future relationships, consider a dating approach and adapt relationship skills and awareness.
