Hello, I’m Nicole. I’m an accredited Relationship Coach, and Mind-Body Practitioner, passionate about helping people gain clarity, build confidence, and overcome challenges to create stronger, more fulfilling relationships—whether in dating, long-term partnerships, or navigating breakups and life transitions.

Hello, I’m Nicole

I understand how challenging it can feel to navigate relationships and life when you’re stuck in patterns that don’t serve you.

If you’re struggling to create meaningful connections or feel weighed down by self-doubt and old habits, it’s not because you’re failing—it’s because past experiences and deeply ingrained beliefs might still be shaping how you show up.

The good news? You’re not stuck forever. Change and growth are within reach.

I’ve experienced this firsthand. I know how frustrating it can feel to repeat cycles that don’t align with what you truly want. It wasn’t until I took the time to reflect, heal, and understand myself more deeply that things started to shift—and that’s what I want to help you with.

Through my coaching, we’ll untangle what’s holding you back, whether it’s fears, insecurities, or self-limiting beliefs. Together, we’ll create a path forward that aligns with your values and helps you build stronger, healthier relationships—not just with others, but with yourself.

You don’t have to do this alone. It’s your time to move forward with confidence and purpose, and I’d love to support you on this journey.

Brighton Love Relationships

A little about me.

Originally from Australia, I now call the vibrant city of Brighton home.

My fascination with human behavior and relationships has driven me to explore psychology, neuroscience, and holistic well-being. This passion, combined with my own journey of self-discovery, has shown me how powerful self-awareness and healing can be.

As a mother who has navigated divorce, I bring a compassionate and relatable perspective to my work, helping others overcome personal challenges and create stronger connections in their lives. I’m dedicated to supporting clients as they find clarity, confidence, and meaningful change in their relationships and personal growth.

In my spare time, I love immersing myself in Brighton’s energy and culture, enjoying music, arts, nature and yoga.

I believe our relationship issues and life challenges often stem from our own deep-rooted fears, insecurities and past experiences.

These patterns can unconsciously shape how we connect with others, make decisions, and navigate life’s transitions, holding us back from the life we truly desire.

By gaining clarity, addressing these barriers, and fostering self-awareness, we can move past self-doubt and uncertainty—creating healthier relationships and a more meaningful, fulfilling life
