Deciding if you should stay or leave a relationship is a serious and difficult decision to make. Regrets and resentment are hard to live with so it’s important you are clear about your reasons for ending your relationship, and for staying.

Quite often people leave a relationship before determining what wasn’t working and why.

Or stay feeling stuck, unhappy and unfulfilled.

If we don’t first clarify why the relationship isn’t working for us, we may end up stuck in the same patterns and problems with a different partner.

It’s very important to understand the nature of the problem; what are our patterns and for what aspects of those patterns are we responsible - usually self-limiting thoughts and beliefs about ourselves, attachment injury, expectations, unidentified needs…

How Relationship Coaching Works

    • 50-minute sessions available weekly or fortnightly, online or in Brighton.

    • Fees: First session: £50 (to get a feel for coaching). Subsequent sessions: £90 (pay as you go).
