Relationship Patterns & Attachment Styles

Understand the roots of your relationship patterns and attachment style, heal past experiences, and step into love with greater confidence, self-worth, and emotional security.

Better Relationships Start with You.

If you keep finding yourself in the same painful dynamics—overthinking, pulling away, getting ‘the ick’, or feeling anxious in love—it’s likely rooted in your attachment style and emotional patterns.

These responses are often shaped by past experiences and self-protective behaviours that once helped you cope—but may now be holding you back.

You Might Recognise Yourself In These Patterns:

  • Overthinking your partner’s words or actions

  • Getting the ‘ick’ suddenly and pulling away

  • Feeling anxious, on edge, or waiting for the other shoe to drop

  • Struggling to stay emotionally close—even when you want connection

  • Repeating unhealthy relationship cycles: always a “push and pull”

  • Avoiding conflict or going emotionally cold or numb

  • Second-guessing yourself or feeling “too much”

  • Unsure whether to stay, leave, or open up

How I can help:

I’ll help you untangle the emotions, patterns, and past hurts that are showing up in your relationships—so you can understand what’s really going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your responses, uncover what you need to feel safe and connected, and develop practical tools you can use in real time—whether it’s navigating conflict, managing anxious thoughts, or expressing your needs with confidence.

Through this work, you’ll:

  • Understand your attachment style and emotional patterns

  • Break free from behaviours that no longer serve you

  • Heal from past experiences that shaped your reactions

  • Build self-worth, emotional security, and better boundaries

  • Learn how to communicate needs clearly and feel more confident in relationships

This Is for You If You're:

  • Constantly overthinking in relationships and struggling to feel secure

  • Anxious or avoidant in love—craving connection but pulling away

  • Repeating the same patterns, even when you want something different

  • Questioning whether to stay, leave, or why you feel so unsure

  • Feeling confused by attraction shifts—getting “the ick” or suddenly withdrawing

  • Dating but losing confidence after rejection or emotional highs/lows

  • Wanting to heal old wounds, grow your self-worth, and build healthier bonds

Whatever your situation, you're not broken or “too much”—you’re human, and you’re navigating things that many of us were never taught how to handle. Coaching can help you do things differently.
