After an initial intro call, I’ll recommend the number of sessions needed and create a tailored coaching plan based on your goals and the level of support required. Each session blends tools and strategies designed to support your overall well-being and personal growth.

I provide session notes and practical exercises to help you apply what we’ve discussed to your daily life, ensuring ongoing progress

50-minute sessions available weekly or fortnightly, online or in Brighton.
Fees: First session: £50 (to get a feel for coaching). Subsequent sessions: £90 (pay as you go).
