Relationship Coaching

Relationship Coaching supports you in many different types of connections with others. Including times of worry in an existing relationship, a divorce or breakup, or making that difficult decision about whether you should leave your partner.

It can also help with developing the skills and confidence to make friends, meet someone new and overcome social anxiety.

This can involve closing the chapter on past hurtful experiences, overcoming challenges, resolving unconscious blocks, raising your self-esteem, learning how to manage your emotions and stress, understanding your needs and expectations, and creating positive relationship habits.

As your Relationship Coach, I can help you:

  • identify any issues and goals

  • find solutions to any challenges

  • gain clarity on your needs and desires in your relationship and life

  • remove self-doubt and personal barriers in the way

  • evaluate whether a particular relationship is healthy for you

  • develop your relationship awareness and interpersonal skills so you can communicate better and connect on a deeper level

  • enhance intimacy by understanding your desires and your approach to sex

  • evaluate your beliefs and expectations on what a relationship should be like. Often our past relationships, societal messages, etc, can create unreasonable expectations, pressure, or fear

  • discover if other areas of your life are misaligned (e.g. health and mental wellbeing, interests, career/education, other relationships, self-identity) so you can feel content beyond your relationship.
