I believe the key the improving our relationships is to work on ourselves because while relationships are complex, quite often our concerns have little to do with the relationship itself. They can have more to do with our own insecurities, fears, and deep-rooted beliefs we have about ourselves - along with lack of self-esteem and dissatisfaction in other areas of life
Therefore I work with my clients on a 1:1 holistic basis. Considering the relationship in need, and importantly, the relationship they have with themselves, plus other important areas of their life that may be unknowingly misaligned and affecting their relationships and life.
I blend relationship and life coaching practices, neuroscience and positive psychology, modern knowledge, mind-body techniques and practical exercises.

My personal story
I’ve always been fascinated by human behaviour and I’ve spent years studying relationships, psychology, neuroscience, holistic health and wellbeing.
My personal experiences, studies, and love of working with people have led me to feel truly passionate about helping others improve their relationships and life.
I’m originally from Australia and now live a fun and active life in Brighton, UK with my daughter.
